Bryant sent us a travel guide from SatoTravel (http://www.satotravel.com/) 1800-755-5670 for those that need help with rental car, flight or hotel.

For family staying in the Cypress area after the ceremony, we can try some car pooling and plan on some weekend meals together.

Tim has chosen Hampton Inn for our stay (only reason is wants a hotel away from freeways)

Hello Friends and Family: Here is todays letter from Bryant- thank you for your prayers, he seems to be doing well and continues to make us laugh...if you have a question, just leave it in the comment section and I will include it in the next letter to him.. he does well answering questions...

so here is Bryants second letter filled with his schedule and what he eats. He also tells his brother there is cake everyday. We are very amazed how upbeat he is--thought he would comment how hard it is...

Yeah!! Received a letter from Bryant. Now we sent him a fill in the blank letter of prepared questions that he merely needed to select but then he added on... let me know if you have any trouble reading it..3 pages and be sure to put a smile on his face and write him back!!

While this is a form letter, it warms my heart to see the word, "Mom." Hopefully the next letter will be his own words.....

Letter writing

Time for Bryants family and friends to start writing positive and encouraging letters!! Family members...in the comment section select a day of the week that you will be writing so that we all cover a different day of the week. Read the letter from the DI. Please feel free to comment and talk to each other. Feel respond to the letters... parents will read them. After Bryant graduates from boot camp and comes home.. he will be able to read your comments. For now the best way to send words to him is by snail mail.

We felt encouraged today at church to have so many people ask about Bryant and tell us they are praying for him. Not getting a phone call was very hard. Cleaning his room was the next hardest thing. We are anxious to receive any kind of word from him and will just be patient for the first letter. For the grandparents... here is a site to learn more about what is actually happening in boot camp. I learned about, 'forming', that friday was the day he probably met his drill instructor, that he probably got sick the first week with, 'recruiter crud' and way to much other information.
